Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 July 2026

This policy explains how Azamet-Grup S.R.L. (“we”), with its registered office at Bulevardul Dacia 58/25, Chisinau, MD-2043, Republic of Moldova, processes personal data when you use the website azamet.md. For any privacy matter you can reach us at office@azamet.md or (+373) 799 03 303.

We act as the data controller for the processing described below.

1. What data we process

Enquiry and contact data. Our forms (contact, buyers, suppliers, careers) collect a name, an e-mail address and a message; the careers form also lets you attach a CV. When you submit a form, the data is transmitted through the website and delivered to us as an e-mail to office@azamet.md. The website itself stores no copy of your submission.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard server logs (including IP addresses) for security and operation of the site.

Usage statistics. We measure page views with a cookieless analytics service that does not use persistent identifiers and does not track you across sites.

2. Purposes and legal bases

Responding to enquiries and commercial requests: processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, or is based on our legitimate interest in answering messages addressed to us.

Recruitment: processing of applications and CVs you send us is carried out at your request in view of a possible employment relationship.

Site operation and security (server logs): our legitimate interest in running a safe, functioning website.

Usage statistics: our legitimate interest in understanding aggregate site usage, implemented without cookies or cross-site identifiers.

Protection against automated abuse: to keep the forms usable and block bot traffic, form submissions are screened by Vercel BotID, an invisible bot-detection service that analyses technical request signals. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in the security of the website.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

The website itself sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Language selection is derived from your browser's language preferences on each request and is not stored.

The interactive map on the Contacts page is provided by Google Maps and loads only after you explicitly click “Load map”. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies and receives your IP address; this is governed by Google's privacy policy.

Our analytics measurement is cookieless.

4. Recipients and processors

Vercel Inc. hosts the website and provides the cookieless analytics service, acting as our processor under its data processing addendum.

Resend Inc. delivers the form submissions to our mailbox as e-mail, acting as our processor under its data processing agreement.

Google (Google Maps) receives data only if you choose to load the map on the Contacts page.

E-mail you send us is handled by our e-mail service providers. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with other third parties unless required by law.

5. International transfers

Our hosting and analytics infrastructure may process data outside the Republic of Moldova, including in the European Union and the United States. Such transfers take place under the providers' data processing agreements incorporating standard contractual safeguards.

6. Retention

The website operates no database and stores no visitor records itself. E-mail correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for legitimate business documentation; application e-mails and CVs are kept for the duration of the recruitment process unless you agree to a longer period. Hosting logs are retained for the short periods defined by our hosting provider.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any right, write to office@azamet.md. We respond within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP), datepersonale.md.

8. Legal framework

Personal data protection in the Republic of Moldova is governed by Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection and, as of 23 August 2026, by Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection, which is aligned with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). This website is operated to the standard of Law No. 195/2024.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the website or the law. The date above shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
